Donation pickup
without the heavy lifting.

Have usable furniture or household goods that aren’t coming with you? We can collect your donations and deliver them to a charity that accepts them. Tell us what you have, where it is, and where you’d like it to go.

What we can help with

Good things.
Ready for another home.

A sofa that no longer fits, spare household goods, or office furniture you’re replacing may still be useful to someone else. A donation run gives those items a destination while clearing space for your next step.

We help with donation pickup and delivery in Southern Oregon and neighboring Northern California. This is a transport service: we’ll discuss the lifting, access, travel, and receiving arrangements before booking.

You choose what to donate. The receiving charity decides what it can accept, so confirming the items and drop-off arrangements comes before the trip.

01

Furniture you’re passing on

Tell us about the sofas, tables, chairs, or other usable pieces you want to donate. Describe their condition and any stairs or tight doorways at pickup.

02

Boxed household goods

Group the accepted household items you’re donating and pack smaller pieces for transport. Keep them separate from belongings you’re keeping or moving.

03

Office items

Updating your workplace? We can discuss pickup and delivery of accepted furniture, supplies, and equipment, with the destination and access confirmed first.

04

Downsizing or clearing a space

Donation runs can be part of a move, a family downsizing project, or clearing a storage unit. Give us a clear list of what should leave and what should stay.

Planning the details

Confirm the destination.
Then arrange the pickup.

Donation rules vary by organization, condition, and available space. Before we load, confirm the recipient can take the specific items and will be open to receive them at the planned time.

For example, Rogue Valley Habitat’s ReStore publishes donation guidelines and makes acceptance subject to staff approval. Check directly with your chosen charity rather than assuming any usable item will be accepted.

Donation transport has a cost.

A donated item and a donation pickup are different things. Ask us for an estimate for the crew and trip, and check any acceptance arrangements with the charity.

If an item is declined.

Let’s discuss the next step before changing the plan. We can talk about another destination or a separate junk removal service, with any additional work agreed first.

Your estimate

What goes into
a donation-run estimate?

The quantity and size of the items, access at pickup, travel to the charity, and unloading arrangements affect the work. Let us know about stairs, carry distance, and any receiving deadline. We’ll explain the scope before arranging the run.

Free estimates within 24 hours.

Let’s talk it through

Questions about
donation pickup.

Can you collect furniture from inside our home?

We can discuss carrying agreed items out as part of the pickup. Tell us about stairs, doorways, parking, and the size of the furniture so we can plan the work.

Do you choose the charity?

Tell us your preferred recipient. We’ll discuss the delivery arrangements, but acceptance needs to be confirmed with that organization before the run.

Can you guarantee the charity will accept everything?

No. The charity makes the acceptance decision. Check its current guidelines and confirm the condition and type of each item before scheduling transport.

Can we combine donations with a move or junk removal?

Yes, we can discuss those services together. Keep each group separate and agree on destinations and any removal work with us before pickup.
