What we can help with

Ready to clear it out?
Let’s look at the job.

We help homes and businesses remove unwanted items across Southern Oregon and neighboring Northern California. That might be a single bulky piece, a group of appliances, or clutter you’ve sorted before a move.

You don’t need to have every item at the curb before asking for help. Tell us where the load is and what the route out looks like so we can discuss the carrying and removal involved.

We’ll confirm the items and work we can handle before booking. A clear list helps us plan the crew and trip and keeps the estimate tied to your actual job.

01

Old furniture

Tell us about the couch, bed frame, table, or other furniture you want removed. Include large dimensions and whether pieces need to come apart to get out.

02

Unwanted appliances

Share the appliance type, size, location, and condition. Discuss disconnection and any special handling before the pickup so we can confirm the plan.

03

Sorted household clutter

Boxes and unwanted belongings can build up in a garage or storage space. Identify what should go and set aside personal items or anything you’re keeping.

04

Business clear-outs

We can discuss unwanted office furniture, equipment, and clutter. Tell us about building access, loading rules, and who can confirm what is ready for removal.

Planning the details

Know what’s leaving.
Know what’s included.

The volume, weight, item types, access, and disposal arrangements shape a removal job. We’ll ask about stairs, long carries, parking, and any dismantling before explaining the estimate.

Tell us about unusual materials before booking. Paint, fuel, chemicals, batteries, and other items with special disposal requirements need a separate discussion and may need a dedicated collection or facility.

Still usable? Consider donating.

Furniture and household goods in suitable condition may be accepted by a charity. If you’d prefer a donation run, confirm acceptance and talk through that destination with us.

Appliances need preparation.

Let us know whether the appliance is disconnected and ready to move. Discuss any plumbing, gas, electrical, or refrigerant concerns before the visit so the preparation is clear.

  4. 04

    Walk through the load

Identify the agreed items and keep retained belongings separate before removal starts.

Your estimate

Let’s work out
your removal estimate.

A single chair and a full storage-space clear-out involve different work. Give us an item list and explain where the items are. Ask what loading, travel, and disposal costs are covered, and tell us if the list changes so we can discuss the estimate with you.

A useful starting point

Make room for
the belongings you’re keeping.

Removal can be part of preparing for a home or business move. Sorting first means you can plan transport for what matters and a separate destination for unwanted items. We can discuss moving, donation, and removal work in the same conversation.

Let’s talk it through

Before your
junk removal pickup.

Can you remove just one couch or appliance?

Yes, a single bulky item can be a removal job. Tell us its size, location, and condition, along with any stairs or access issues, so we can confirm the work.

Do we need to put everything outside?

Tell us where the items are. We’ll discuss carrying them from the current location and include the agreed access and labor in the plan.

Can you take hazardous materials?

Don’t add hazardous or unusual materials to the load without discussing them first. Items such as fuel, chemicals, and paint can require dedicated disposal arrangements. We’ll confirm what we can take.

Can you remove items while helping us move?

Yes, we can plan the services together. Identify the belongings being moved, donated, and removed, and agree on the scope and destinations before moving day.
